Squash

Ansley is making her way through the vegetables at the moment. She loves green beans so far and so we tried squash. I think by watching you can see how she liked squash.....

Chills

Levin was giving Ansley a bath tonight and it was so cute. He was pouring water on her head and then blowing in her face and she got the biggest smile on her face. It was almost as if the being cold and wet was a new sensation for her and she just loved it. Levin remembers someone (possibly his parents or grandparents) blowing on him like that when he was younger after coming straight from the bath and loving it. This is just too cute for words.

Catch me if you can

Levin bought this laser pointer for his brother but decided to have a little bit of fun with Ansley. Ansley tried so hard to get this annoying little red light. She actually did "get" it a few times but was not bored at all with trying to get this red light. She really likes the red light on the DVD player too. She is always going after it as well. I love my little girl and all her tricks.

Baby Friends 2

Well I finally rounded up some more kids to get photos with Ansley.
This is Krew Jones. He is the son of Aaron and Shanae Jones. Shanae is the daughter of Levin's mom's college roommate. How's that for a mouthfull. So Shanae and Levin go way back. They also have the amazingly cute little girl Kali. Krew is going to be a sports fanatic you can tell is got good athletic genes. He also has the cutest laugh you ever will hear. Shanae has been instrumental in answering alot of my mommy questions like about napping and I always see her at the laundry. Krew is 6 months here and Ansley is 4 months.

This is Fernando Torrentera. He is the son of Luis and Marinella Torrentera. Luis was a biology student who would come and talk story with me while I was at work. It has been such a pleasure to see his little family blossom. He would tell us all about his finace Marinella who was waiting back in Mexico. Then he went home one summer, got married and brought her back. She didn't know very much english when she came but was so cute and so sweet. Then they just had a baby in August making him about 3 months younger than Ansley. He is so cute with a little stern face. We had to be creative getting this shot.

Here is Malia Fesola'i daughter of Ioane and Carly Fesola'i both from New Zealand. We met them in our ward. Carly was due about a week after me but ended up having a quick 2 week early delivery! I was very jealous cause I wanted to get my baby out too! Well its okay no hard feelings! Malia is just a sweetie. She is so mellow and just so cute. They gave us all the insights that we needed to get the snap-n-go stroller we got for the carseat. She's a genuine Kiwi Cutie! Both Ansley and Malia are about 5 1/2 months old.


Next is Anniston Cottle daughter and Adam and Stacey Cottle. Anniston was due right around the same time as Ansley about a week before. Adam is a science student and was in my organic lab. Stacey worked at Hauula Elementary with Liz and we realized that we were talking about the same person one day. They ended up being in our birthing class and when it came near our due dates we swapped progress info. This photo was at a Volleyball game and both girls were pretty tired. In this photo Anniston is about 4 1/2 months and Ansley is about 4 months.


This is the photo I've been waiting so long for. Jocelyn Williams daughter of Hillary and Derek Williams from California. Hillary and Jocelyn were on the mainland for awhile and we finally got both of them together, fed, napped and happy at Katrina's baby shower. It just happened that their outfits matched and they were so cute. Ansley was interested in Jocelyn's headband! We met Hillary and Derek through Sandra and Roscoe randomly one night and then Levin ended up doing a little bit of fishing with Derek on occasion and Hillary came over and made cards one time and so we see them every once in awhile and are always happy to see them. They are a cool couple and we were so excited to hear they were expecting. I saw Hillary at the pool on occasion and we are both c-section buddies. She also loaned me her Baby Wise book (Thanks a bunch!) Jocelyn is almost exactly one month younger than Ansley. Jocelyn is 4 1/2 months ish and Ansley is 5 1/2 months ish. in this photo. They grow up so fast!

Here is a photo of Linken Ryan son of Troy and Tammy Ryan from Oregon. He was born at the beginning of Oct making him about 1 month old in this pic and Ansley was about 5 months old. He is just so cute and little with very distinct features from his parents! He made Ansley look so big! Troy and Tammy are in our ward and live on our floor. Troy and Levin were in Religion class together and did a group project together when they realized they clicked well. Then they started borrowing our movies and we got to know them. They are an awesome couple!!! They graduate in December too and we will miss them. I wish I had a better picture cause this one does not fully show his cuteness. He wasn't going for laying on a blanket in the grass. He's had a little bit of tummy pains and Tammy says he likes to be moving and be held all the time.

Sittin' and Eatin'

Well the feeding is going better and she is getting better at sitting up by herself. I was feeding her rice cereal today and she just wanted to eat the spoon so I let her have it. She is also getting up on her hands and feet now. Levin calls it her monkey crawl. The water float seems to help her balance better when she sits up. Her hair was sticking up the other night!

Pesky Wabbit

For Halloween this year Levin and I were so excited to dress up Ansley. We made her costume like a month early. We were happy with the finished product (The hat was tricky and I think I would do it differently next time) It kept falling off. Anyway I was a farmer and I had to call the sheriff (Levin) to come investigate a rabbit problem (Ansley) on my carrot farm. We won second place at the TVA family costume contest. We had a blast. Here are some other cuties and of course Ansley the pesky wabbit! I had like 40 pics so I opted to use good ole smilebox!
